The membership

One place, one pace,
your recovery.

Everything below is what $15 a week actually holds — how it begins, how a week of it feels, and what quietly assembles around you as you go.

Your first weeks No. 01

It begins gently.

No forms to race through, no onboarding gauntlet. The first weeks are slow on purpose — they're where the membership learns your body. Here is what they actually look like:

Day one

You begin the intake.

One gentle question at a time, in plain everyday words — and "…or, in your words" is always open. Skip anything. Stop anywhere. It keeps, and waits for you. A tongue photo at the end, if you can manage one, for Diana's eye.

How do you feel when you wake up?

One gentle question at a time. Skip any of them.

Diana reads you. Your pattern comes back named.

Your reading arrives in two languages — the names your doctors use, and the TCM pattern beneath them: what's depleted, what's stuck, what's lingering. Plain words. Your reactions and restrictions go to the front of your file.

Week one

Your first letter arrives.

What to do this week, sized to what you have. Not a program: a first step that respects your capacity — with every word read by Diana before it reaches you.

Week nine · the Apothecary letter
in response to Monday's check-in

Dear Elena,

Your check-in told me something quiet but important: three nights of deeper sleep, and the morning racing has begun to ease. That's the pattern shifting — your body answering.

Two things worth knowing this week. The astragalus in your formula is doing exactly the work it's there for — the why, herb by herb, is in your library: Your pattern's formula, explained · safety notes. And with the racing settling, this is the moment many with your pattern find vagal work begins to hold: Breathwork for vagal tone · 6 min.

Your one thing this week — if you can: ten slow breaths before you stand, each morning. Nothing else is new.

Every week after

Check in. Be read. Be answered — while your library grows.

A few honest minutes from you; a personal letter back. Guidance recalibrated to the week you actually had — softer after a crash, a step further when you're steady. And piece by piece, a recovery course assembles itself around you: your pattern, your conditions, your food, your herbs.

You're never alone in it, either — the community is open the whole way: talk with Diana and with members who actually understand, because they're living it too.

Begin your recovery No. 07 康復

Honest answers No. 08

Questions before you join.

If yours isn't here, write to [email protected] — Diana answers personally.

i. Is this medical care?
No. Long Covid Liberation is a TCM education membership. Diana is a TCM-trained educator. We don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe — we educate. The practice complements your medical care; it does not replace it. Keep your doctor. Bring us alongside.
ii. What if I'm too unwell to engage every week?
The membership is built for low-capacity days. The intake can be completed in stages. Weekly check-ins take minutes. There is no homework, no pressure, no shame in pausing. The path is paced to your body.
iii. Can I cancel? Is there a lock-in?
Cancel anytime, from your dashboard, in two clicks. No phone calls, no retention emails. If you rejoin later, your dashboard is still there. The $15/week rate is locked in for as long as you remain a member.
iv. Does TCM actually work for Long Covid?
TCM has documented post-viral patterns — fú xié, lingering pathogens — for three thousand years. Modern research is now confirming the same picture: spike-protein persistence, microclots, ongoing immune activation. The framework is old, but the alignment with current science is new and striking.
v. Will I have to buy a lot of herbs and supplements?
No. The membership is the membership. Herb and supplement guidance is included in the membership — you choose what to act on. Diana points you to what's worth your money, and what to skip.
vi. What if I've been sick for years already?
Diana has guided members who were ill for five, seven, ten years before joining. There is no expiry date on recovery. The map still applies. The pace is slower, the layers more numerous — but the framework holds.
vii. Is Dragon an AI doctor?
No. Dragon is careful tooling that does things for you: it runs your intake conversation, reads your weekly check-ins, learns your specific pre-crash signature, and surfaces relevant library pieces for where you are. It is not a doctor, not a diagnostic tool, and never the last word. Diana reads everything Dragon writes for you before you see it.
