For most of my career, I worked with chronic, complex patterns — the conditions that don't fit neatly into Western medicine.
Then Long Covid dismantled my own health. Becoming the patient changed everything. I learned, from the inside, what post-viral exhaustion, dysregulation, and lingering pathogenic factors truly feel like.
I learned what brain fog actually is — not fuzzy thinking, but the frightening sense that your mind is slipping. The terror of a crash. The isolation of symptoms no one else can see. And through every setback, slowly, I learned the map.
In the years since, I've guided many others through the same terrain. Private consultations cost $150–$200 a session, and many people with Long Covid can't work. The financial strain becomes part of the illness. So I built a different way — the same pattern-based guidance I use in practice, sustainable at $15 a week.
